So I was updating my drivers when it restarted my computer and just brought me to a blue screen saying.. your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. I think I messed up by resetting the whole pc and deleting everything because I was confused on what to do. Now I do not have a restore point and im not sure how to fix this. Please help, I do not wan't to buy another pc! I cannot run in safe mode it just brings me back to the "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart" screen and im not sure what to do. Help is appreciated.

Restart the PC. If you get the same "blue screen", power-off, power-on, and try a few more times.
After a few "unsuccessful" attempts to start Windows, the next restart should show the "Recovery" screen.
One of the options may be to fully re-install Windows.
Or, for some computers, HP's "cloud" offers a download of Windows 10, to be used to completely reinstall -- forfeiting all your personal files.
