Здравствуйте!

Не получается установить новую другую видеокарту. Компьютер не дает даже зайти в BIOS с любой видеокартой, кроме той, которая была установлена изначально.

Новая Видеокарта Palit GeForce GTX 1650 StormX+ [NE5165001BG1-1170F]- проверена на другом компьютере.

1) Думал блок питания слабоват. Пробовал 550 ватт - ничего не изменилось.

2) BIOS материнской платы обновил до версии 7.16 (последняя предложенная на официальном сайте HP) - ничего не изменилось.

Прошу подсказать, что нужно сделать?

Hello!

Unable to install a new different video card. The computer does not even allow you to enter the BIOS with any video card, except the one that was originally installed.

The new GeForce GTX 1650 StormX+ [NE5165001BG1-1170F]- checked on a different computer.

1) Thought the power supply is weak. Tried 550 watts - nothing has changed.

2) BIOS motherboard updated to version 7.16 (the last proposed on the official website of HP) - nothing has changed.

Please suggest what to do?
