Здравствуйте. Помогите мне пожалуйста решить проблему. У меня установлен процессор intel core i5 10500, я хочу установить i5 11500. По совместимости с чипсетом он мне подходит, H470. Но к сожалению при установке нового процессора компьютер показывает чёрный экран. Bios прошит последний, версии 4.1. Процессор вставлял в другую материнку на всякий случай, он полностью функционален. Не могу понять в чём проблема.

You have to look up the model number of your PC and then look at the specifications page for the list of supported processors.

The Intel H470 may support the i5-11500 but the HP-specific motherboard may not.

А чем материнская плата фиры HP с чипсетом H470 отличается от материнской платы с тем же чипсетом другого производителя? По моему платы с одинаковым чисетом имеют одинаковый набор команд. Разве у вас нет патча для bios?

I don't work for or represent HP, so I don't have a patch for anything.
Just look up the motherboard specs for your model. It will provide the list of supported processors.
If you won't provide the full model number or product number of your PC, there is no point in continuing this discussion.

Looking at the driver page for your PC which has the BIOS SSID: 8767, I see 5 possible BIOS updates.
None of the release notes mention adding support for any Intel 11th generation core processors.
