That warning describes the health of the drive.

Hard drives and SSDs use S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology) to gauge their own reliability and determine if they're failing.  The warning indicates the hard drive is about to fail and needs to be replaced.  Hopefully the data can be saved before it does fail.  From what little I could find on the model, the hard drive is a normal 3.5" 1TB 7200 rpm SATA drive.  Easy to find and inexpensive.  Best way to save the data would be to clone the drive to the new replacement drive and then install the new drive.
