Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello again, I have a different problem this time around.

I've elected to buy a 16GB, 2x8GB RAM kit for my computer. Knowing that my old kit (that is, the HP-supplied RAM) ran at 2933MHz, I bought the Corsair RGB Pro 2x8GB Kit (https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-2x8GB-PC4-23400-Desktop-Memory/dp/B07FBP815T/ref=sr_1_15?dchild=1&key...) rated for 2933MHz. However, upon installing the two RAM sticks into the Baker Motherboard, it underclocks it to 2666MHz. Is there a way I can alter it so that it can draw upon the RAM's full speed or am I stuck with a nerfed 2666MHz speed?

Please post pictures of both the Memory and SPD tabs of GPU-Z.

Memory should show something like 1468 or close to it.  That is actually 2936

Under the  SPD tab should be an XMP-2936 somewhere.
