Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.
HP All-in-One 24-df1023w PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
The memory upgrade info is listed on the motherboard specs link.
Your PC has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
This should be a compatible 32 GB memory kit:
Crucial 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT2K16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
This should be a compatible 16 GB memory kit:
Crucial 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT2K8G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
Note that those PC's are not easy to take apart, and some folks end up cracking the display panel which has to be removed as part of the disassembly procedure and there is no service manual that I could find for the model series.
There are some service videos for several all in one PC's but I don't know which one may be applicable to yours because none reference that model series--just generic info.
