The all in one pc still has a second free 2.M2 SSD card slot. I would now like to install an additional 2.M2 SSD here. what size does this 2.M2 SSD have to be? There are different sizes available to buy.

According to the spec page for that PC
https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c06696047
2 M.2 (1 for SSD, 1 for WLAN)
So the slot indicated as the WLAN slot cannot be used for SSD. There appears to be no way to add another M.2 slot to that model PC.

There must be a communications problem. Yes there are two slots, as I stated above. The M.2 slot for a SSD is in use presently with the hard drive 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD. The other slot is for a WLAN (WiFi), which will not support a SSD.
The original request was " I would now like to install an additional 2.M2 SSD" , which you cannot do because there are no additional slots available for another SSD.
