Hi
I have already 1 SSD internal driver but I want to have another SSD internal driver.
Can I have 2 SSD driver on my (2012)desktop?
What I have to do ?

Yes, you can: use the light-blue (SATA2) data port. If you need an additional 15-pin SATA power connector to power your third SSD, you can use a SATA power splitter cable, such as this Amazon-Italy purchase option: Digitus AK430405003M Internal Cable SATA 15 Pin Male Connectors - 2 Female, 30 cm : Amazon.it: Compu....
Tip: you can also secure your additional SATA SSD using Velcro tape or Zip-ties, even double-stacking the drives since they don't generate a lot of heat.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
The "Joshua" motherboard (SSID: Foxconn 2ADA) of your HP Pavilion p6-2422el Desktop PC (D2L58EA), has four SATA data ports, so adding an additional SATA SSD is easy enough: get a standard SATA data cable, and power the SSD with a 15-pin SATA power cable (your power supply should have one available), and your PC will recognize the new drive sans any problems.
Your primary (boot) drive is likely connected to the dark blue "SATA0" connector, and I would recommend using the next SATA data connector, the white "SATA1" connector.
Tip: you can use Velcro tape or zip-ties to secure the drive inside your case.

Unlikely -for all intents and purposes you'll be using one drive at a time, so no matter how many drives you got, it has no effect on your primary (boot) drive's performance.
