I'm back, I believe I miss read what you wrote about the sata and getting a sata splitter "If you don't have an available 15-pin SATA power cable available in your desktop, simply use a 15-pin SATA splitter cable. " you mean the sata connector that plugs into the harddrive? Right, I only have one, and I get it know, I will need the splitter so that I can connect that sata that to the hard drive to the splitter and plug in the add2psu adapter and then plug the rest of the other sata connector on the splitter to my hard drives! Am I right?

That is correct. I assume that you're going for an externally placed ATX power supply then?
