Product: HP ProDesk 400 G7 Small Form Factor PC RCTO Base Model
Hi everyone,
I bought a Prodesk 400 G7 SFF so that I can still fit in a 3.5 inch HDD in the bay. The manual says to screw in the four dampening screws on both sides and then just slide it into the bay. However, my HDD without screws barely fits in the bay. If I screw all four in and try to slide it in, it does not fit. The picture is without any screws as you can see that there is no space left.
Am I doing something wrong or misunderstanding how to mount it?
