I recently purchased this Mini PC that was supposedly fully functional. They also apperently upgraded the CPU from an i5-8500 to an i7-8700. When I connect power to the PC it starts beeping 3 Long Times with a Red Power LED and 4 Short Times with a white power LED. It does not boot at all.
It did not come with a power supply so I bought one from Amazon. This one allows my 35w G3 Mini to boot but not this 65w G4 Mini. What does that error code mean and if it is related to the Power Supply could someone point me to the right one?

there are 3 i7-8700
The i7-8700k is rated at 95watts
the i7-8700t is rated at 25 watts
the i7-8700 is rated at 65 watts

There are no part numbers in the manual
You need the 90 watt adapter as the CPU itself is 65 watts
