hello. I tried add an extra 8gb ram ddr4 and the beeps started. Tried to remove the new ram, the problem is persistant. 

Did cmos reset solution too, changing slots, bought a new ram again, no hope.

Did you reinstall only the factory RAM and get the same error at startup?

 

Your PC's MB may not like the new stick of RAM if the HP factory RAM works correctly.

 

Mixing memory modules can cause problems. It is best to use a memory kit when upgrading memory.

 

The MB is kicking since you are getting 3:2  startup error codes.

 

I can only guess you may not be seating the memory modules correctly if the HP RAM is not working.

 

You should hear healthy clicks when installing the RAM.

 

The memory slot retention tabs should be fully closed to secure each memory module in each memory slot.
