3 long beeps followed 4 short beeps and then says adapter not supported.

I found work around and i can go to:

1.BIOS

2.Diagnostics

3. Start OS

but every time that i have to reboot or turn the PC off, i get this crazy annoying 3 long beeps followed 4 short beeps  4 time in a roll ?!??

Everything PASSING the diagnostics. All the devices in device manager are working fine. Went to BIOS didn't find anything wrong. When i boot the OS i can use it with no problem. Removing the WiFi does nothing , resitting Keyboard/Mouse dongle does not solve it, removing BIOS battering doesn't solve it. I'm running out of options. The power adapter plug is plugged good.  PLEASE someone from HP to explain what this ERROR means once and for all?

Hi

Is this a match?

You get a LONG (MAJOR) signal category, RED LED &

then a SHORT (MINOR) signal category, WHITE LED.

Major – the category of the error; Minor – specific error in that category

The AUDIBLE repeats 5 times, and the VISUAL until power is removed.

Hardware

3.4

The Main-Board displays a power failure (crowbar).*

Indicates potential power system failure.

1 Reduce to minimum config (CPU, Main-Board, PSU,

Single memory DIMM) and isolate failed component.

2 Reduce further if issue persists.

3 Test known good PSU.

4 Replace affected component.

5 If unable to confirm source, replace CPU, Main-Board, PSU.

Yes this is the error. I know about the hardware error codes and i have read all the post around here about this problem. Like i said i found workaround and boot up the system, but like i wrote in the first post it is keep happening every time if i do reboot or shutdown.  I found a way to boot up WIN 10 and it works perfect no unknown or bad devices in the Device Manager. I can go to BIOS and didin't see anythng worng. I can go to the diagnostic screen an run a dignostic for any single component and they all PASS no problems there. There are 4 removable components in this PC (if we don't count the camera and the MIC) 1. WiFi adapter card 2. CPU 3. Memory 4. Keyboard/Mouse USB receiver . i did disconect Wifi, USB receiver , and tried with only 1 memory module (tried every memory slot)... error is still there.... After the LOUD LOUD sounds stops the machine starts booting and showsh POST screen and the error message "unsupported adapter installed" and shuts back down. How can i find which adapter unsuported? If there is a error message on the screen there shoud be more information somewhere.

Hi

So...

"if i do reboot or shutdown."

IF Fast Start Up is enabled, and you can disable it, all the better.

How about with NO HDD installed?  Since it is a POST problem.

Then leave the HDD out and boot from a small USB stick.

i did disconect everytnig but the CPU and triend with only 1 memroy stick and i still got this error. It is the first thing im getting when i press the power button. The only thing that i didn't try is the new PSU because it will be delivered today, but how can be the PSU when i can boot the PC to WIN 10 and use it with no problem it work great. I even don't mind the error mesage but that LOUD and i mean LOUD sound 3 long 4 short 5 TIMES (i guees 5 times so you don't forget ) this is unbearable! The most stupid thing is that there is a error message on the screen pointing to noting "unsupported adapter installed" realy HP in 2019 ?!!! Your "advanced" PC can't tell wich is the unsupported adapter ?!! Of course the machine shuts down in 10 sec genuis!!
