HI @TRasta,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding screen issues after RAM upgrade on HP All-in-One!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check RAM Compatibility

  1. Verify Specifications: Ensure that the 32GB Time Tech RAM is compatible with your HP All-in-One model. Check the manufacturer's website for exact specifications.
  2. Ensure Proper Installation: Make sure the RAM modules are properly seated in their slots. Reinstall them if necessary and ensure they click into place securely.

BIOS Update

  1. Update BIOS:
    • Visit the official HP Support website: HP Drivers and Downloads
    • Enter your model number and download the latest BIOS update.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to update your BIOS.

Reset BIOS Settings

  1. Enter BIOS Setup:
    • Restart your computer.
    • Press Esc or F10 repeatedly during startup to enter the BIOS setup.
  2. Restore Defaults:
    • Within the BIOS menu, select the option to restore default settings.
    • Save changes and exit.

Check Display Connections

  1. Inspect Cables and Connections: Ensure that all display cables are securely connected and there are no signs of damage.
  2. Use External Monitor: Connect an external monitor to your All-in-One to check if the display issues persist. This could help identify if the problem is with the internal display.

Update Graphics Drivers

  1. Update Drivers:
    • Visit HP Drivers and Downloads and search for the latest graphics driver for your model.
    • Download and install the driver according to given instructions.

aPerform a Hard Reset

  1. Hard Reset:
    • Turn off your computer and unplug it from the power source.
    • Disconnect all peripheral devices.
    • Hold the power button for 15 seconds to discharge any remaining power.
    • Reconnect and turn on your computer.

I hope this helps.
