Product: HP z220

(So my HP z220 makes 4 beeps I don't know what is the problem I have rx 570 4gb I5 3470 And 12gb ram  I saw the ram there no problem with It I have a Chinese power I searched the internet about this problem I saw it maybe from the power subbly I removed the gpu and it worked but I don't think it is from the gpu).    Please any help
