Hello,

I'd like to install a Gefore GTX 1060 graphics card on this PC - such at this one:

https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B01KKJAJM4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1X6FK5RDHNB96&psc=1

The PSU required by this GPU is of minimum 400W, plus it needs to be connected to a 6 pin connector in order to operate.

My PSU right now is only 180W, and has no 6 pin connector.

Could you direct me what PSU will be compatible with my system? Is there anything special to look for in order to work?

Many thanks!

As for your 400 watt question, search the forums, 9 out of 10 experts here tend to rely on the Corsair version power supplies.

Greetings Joe199,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not an HP employee.

Corsair makes a very good power supply.

Very quiet and a good warranty.

Your MB has a 24 pin power connection and a 4 pin EPS connection. So you are good to go.

What power supply you buy will be based on measuring the existing power supply. Then shop for a replacement power supply with similar dimensions.

Regards
