So I've posted before about a somewhat similar thing but me being a child with ADHD I'm making a new post. Here we go, I have what's said to be a 400w PSU I was recommended a DUAL-RTX4060-8G-V2 (best they said a 400w could support) I'm just wondering does that still leave power for my whole computer? This question may seem "dumb" but I don't know what I'm doing and I don't want to end up with a 300$ graphics card that I can't even use.

The specs for the graphics card you want to install indicate that a 300W power supply is recommended, so a 400W P/S should be more than sufficient to power both the graphics card and the other components in the PC:
