An RTX 4070 Super is absolutely compatible with your desktop, as long as you got a minimum 600-watt power supply, and the dimensions allow a fit:
Use a (non-conductive) ruler to make a measurement what will fit lengthwise. Obviously, the smaller-sized (two fan) MSI card models will fit without a doubt.
