Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC IDS Base Models (ArticunoI)

If I buy the hp 45L the one with the 4090 and DDR5 and Intel 13900k will It come with a motherboard that can support a Liquid cooler of 360m in the case when I tried my 45L I had to replace the motherboard, all the fans, and the liquid cooler just because i wanted a bigger liquid cooler in my case so that motherboard size and why Is it a mATX instead of a fullATX one? Oh and make it easier to get to this chat

Hp said this is the hp support and hp Engineer/experts. So why is no one at hp answering my questions you people had me make a profile I just want to know why
