can i update my bios on a hp6200 sff running windows 10 64bit

Hi:

 

Yes, you can but you need to do it in DOS, not by using the Windows Based Flash.

 

See this related post for the 8200 Elite (upscale model of your 6200 pro).  It will work the same way as for your model

 

Just use the BIOS version on your PC's support page.
