I have a 6200 pro mt with an i7-2600 cpu 32GB.

a) Will an Nvidi Quadro k2000 work?

b) If not what is the best card for this case?

According to the specs, the stock power supply for an HP Compaq 6200 Pro MT is a 320-watt unit.

 

Yes, a 320-watt power supply can easily power a Nvidia Quadro K2000 2GB GDDR5 graphics card which has a low 51-watt TDP and doesn't require a PCIe power supply cable.
