Hello, I am looking to upgrade my 690-0073w that has a GTX 1660 ti in it currently to a RTX 3060. I'm just trying to figure out if the L05757-800 PSU will fit and work with my system so I can have more power to send to my GPU?

@AnotherNPC,

Welcome to our HP community forum!

According to the specs, your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0073w (2HL14AA) is fitted with a 400-watt power supply (p/n: L04618-800).  Rather than upgrading to an RTX 3060, I would suggest considering a smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 4060 model powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, as this graphics card has a lower TDP (115-watt) then an RTX 3060 (170-watt TDP) -meaning, you wouldn't have to upgrade your power supply, and is offered for sale for about the same, such as this purchase example via Amazon, and an RTX 4060 would provide better graphics performance than an RTX 3060.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
