my tower came with a 7 in 1 card reader.  It does read .  What is wrong?   Is it missing a driver?

Hi,

Please try the Realtek card reader driver for Windows 10:

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71705.exe

Regards.

I just purchased computer and upgraded from 8.1 to 10. I am not sure the reader ever worked. When I put a card in nothing happens.

My orriginal post should say "does not read".  Loaded driver and it still does not read.

The driver plus a different card (that I had tried earlier) worked.  I must have a bad card in the bunch.  Thank you!

Tried to get usage for 7 in 1 card reader..  no data in spec or HP assistant  or else where.  Did load realtec card reader exe file and still have no knowledge on how to use for varius card.
