Our 800 G1 TPM 1.2 ver 4.3.2, where you can download this firmware upgrade to 2.0, we try download SP87753 and SP81900 not works.

If you were wanting to upgrade the TPM 2.0 device to run W11 (some folks just want it updated to play certain video games), here is an easy way to do an in-place upgrade from W10>W11 without having to clean install Windows.

You cannot update the TPM firmware from 1.2 to 2.0 in the 800 G1.

 

You need an 800 G2 or newer to upgrade the TPM 1.2 firmware to 2.0.

Use Rufus to create a Windows 11 ISO, reinstall a fresh Windows, and bypass the G1 issue of not being able to upgrade to TPM 2.0, if possible and reliable.
