Does the EliteDesk 805 G8 SFF support to use Ryzen CPU (none integrated graphic) with discrete graphic card?

If the BIOS needs updated to date, which version started to support Ryzen 5600?

Thank you. Since I'm using the discreted graphic card for high refresh frequency, I want to replace the APU with a CPU.

When you put in a discrete GPU, the graphics ports of the integrated CPU stop working, and you can only use the ports of the graphics card,
