HP Pavilion P6-2003W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok  I know this has been asked before but it seems as if it was a issue with 32bit systems and needing to run 64bit... I have a HP Pavilion P6-2003W..... I just installed new HyperX 2x4GB ram into my pc and it's detecting the whole 8gb but is saying only 3.49gb usable.... I'm running windows 10 pro 64 bit. Please help.. Thanks Capture.PNG

Hi,

Windows 10 will assign and allocate video expansion memory based on the total memory in your PC.  If the demand for memory for non-video increases, then W10 will release some of the video allocated memory. Some would call this a dynamic memory allocation and others might call it a problem.  If you need the added memory more for applications then I suggest that you add a discrete graphics card.
