Hi everybody,
I bought a new HP 975 Wireless keyboard which will not pair with my windows 11 PC. I've tried all solutions in other threads, without luck. The "dongle" icon on the keyboard just flashes, so i assume the keyboard cannot see it. The PC recognizes the dongle and registers it as a mouse/keyboard device, but without a connection to the keyboard it is useless. Are there any tricks to get the keyboard to recognize the dongle?

Those only work when Windows is running. Can't use a wireless keyboard to boot the computer up, make changes in BIOS, or run UEFI diagnostics. you have to use a wired keyboard
once windows starts you should be O K though

This is a Bluetooth keyboard I believe it also comes with a Wi-fi chip so it can be used both ways,
Let's make sure you have Bluetooth enabled on your windows system and bring up the Bluetooth icon for pairing
