Product: HP Z2 Mini G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My SSD is Samsung SM961 256GB and SMART hard disk error 313 displayed during POST from time to time . Checking the disk shows no error. How to fix it?

How are you "checking" the disk-drive, within Windows?

 

S.M.A.R.T. - Wikipedia -- monitor many performance points inside the disk-drive.

 

A "failure" implies that you should replace the disk-drive, while you still can copy all your personal files from it.

That is an error. 

 

Note that "Chkdsk" only checks the existing files on the SSD. It does not check all the "unused" space, unless you specify the "recover" option.

 

That "313" could be an indication that one of the SMART "measurement" values are outside of "normal operating range",  e.g., "100 disk-write errors for each 1000 attempts".

 

Replace the SSD while it still has some remaining "life". This allows you to use that "life" to backup all your personal files.
