I have HP89EB11 Motherboard and a ryzen 5 5500 want to upgrade to a RTX 4060 is they going to be any issue or something I should think about

No, there are no issues whatsoever related to your HanaL motherboard (SSID: 89EB) to upgrade to an RTX 4060, as long as you have a 500-watt or larger capacity power supply.

 

I would recommend choosing a smaller-sized (dual fan) model such as this example: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-GeForce-DisplayPort-Axial-tech-Technology/dp/B0D6CYLHW1/ref=sr_1_1?crid=....
