HP Recommended

The AH0G keyboard CTRL button works intermittently and Mouse HQ-TRE wheel no longer works. The PC has an internal dongle. I managed to get a replacement AG0G keyboard but I can't get it to pair with the PC. Is pairing not possible?

If I get a new keyboard / mouse combo with an external USB dongle, will I be able to get that to work? Will I somehow have to disable the internal dongle first?
