Product: AIO 24-R149
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP AIO 24-R149 has a SSD M.2 128g and a HD 1To. I would like to upgrade the ssd for a larger capacity. Is the Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 500g compatible with my PC?

It has 128GB M.2 NVMe SSD drive now. Samsung 970EVO is a good choice to upgrade, it is compatible.
