I found mixed reviews and I know 2 120mm fans fit the top portion of my case side by side according to HP forums. but I rather know facts before ordering a liquid cooler for my cpu. Some say only a 120mm AIO will fit in the top part of my omen 40l case. Others say it can fit a 240mm AIO because it can fit 2 120mm fans side by side. I rather have the dual fan 240mm radiator AIO but instead of wasting time and money I rather know which AIO actually would fit in the top portion of my case. Thanks in advance

This video is a review of a 40l and a 30l. Omen. The 40 is the first one shown
The processors for your 40L are all 65 watt. A 120mm fan for liquid cooler is all that is needed. I recommend you reserve the top fans for a hybrid graphics card. RTX graphics cards will need a minimum 240mm radiator IMHO.
Some other thoughts.
If you have a blower or turbo graphics card the hot air is exhausted out the back and there is no need for additional fans.
OTOH if your RTX card is the typical 2-3 fan that basically re-circulates the hot air in the case then you will need fans to force the hot air out and those fans should not have a radiator blocking the air flow.
