Hi!
I wanted to upgrade from my ATI Radeon HD 4650 PCIe x16 (2.0) to AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 PCIe x16 (3.0) but it does not work. Any ideas? I read that a PCIe x16 3.0 GPU should work just fine on a PCIe x16 2.0 slot, but it doesn't. What could be the issue?
Thanks!

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
The most likely problem is a compatibility issue.
The AMD graphics card may require a UEFI BIOS on the motherboard.
Your PC's motherboard has a Legacy BIOS.
Regards
