Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don't know if this is just a me issue or not, but I recently bought a graphics card to upgrade my system. The graphics card is a WX 4100 Radeon pro by AMD, and I did the following procedures to properly install the card.

- shut down the system properly with the operating system

- remove any external cables

- remove the case slit to access the pci-e slot

- carefully insert the GPU into the pci-e x16 slot

- replace the case and external cables

And when I completed these steps as said, i encountered the system would not boot into windows, but instead BIOS and would give me no display at all. I did the same steps to see if I could try it again, but in the second pci-e slot my motherboard contains. the same problem occurred. Everything seemed to work properly aside from the system booting into BIOS and not giving me display

This is my first GPU, so there would of course be no recent drivers, and also no software changes either.

my internet connection is wireless. again, I don't know if its just a me problem or if its something else. but help would be very nice.
