Hi, I have a HP touch smart 520 with Intel Core i5-2390T.

Is this the cause I cannot use Microsoft Teams with the option of setting a background for chats?

Is there anyway of solving this?

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

Did you check with Microsoft Teams to identify the issue?

Does the background work on any other application?

Hi, thanks for your reply,

I have tried to update the drivers and get support from Microsoft Teams. The only answer is that an AVX2 driver must be installed for that feature. It does't work for Zoom either.

My product number is B7H26EA#ABE if it's of any help.
