Microsoft Windows 11

I downloaded the HP Accessory Center from the Microsoft store. I run Windows 11, ran updates on Windows and on the Accessory Center. My default setting is F1=Mute, F2=Lower Volume.

I am selecting "App Specific settings" and:

1) "World of Warcraft" in the dropdown. Note that I did not add the game manually to the dropdown, it was already there after the install & update. I then select F1 and in the dropdown -> "None". F1 still triggers "Mute" in game. This happens with all the Function keys.

2) I selected "More" in the dropdown, then "Chrome". I assigned F1 and F2 to "None". It worked immediately without having to restart the computer. I then put back the "Same as all apps" setting and even after a restart, the buttons still behave as "None" eventhough in the app center they show "Same as all apps".

I tried restarting my computer several times. It simply doesn't work. I originally had the same issue in the main screen "All applications" but restarting triggered the function keys to act as intended. Thoughts?
