Product: HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-1150xt CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi trying to backup my hard drive before sending computer in for repair - removed hard drive and attached to another computer - getting an access denied when I try to access My Documents Folder - able to access all other folders - tried changing permissions on folder which didn't work.
