Can I transfer a 2TB Samsung EVO SATA 2.5"SSD to a new TE01-4244 Desktop that was originally in a:

 

HP ENVY Phoenix 860st

Product number: N3G98AV#ABA

Windows 10 was not installed on this 2TB SSD 

Data and  Videos are stored on this 2TB SSD

 

Are there SATA connections on the Motherboard?

Yes, an HP ENVY TE01-4244 Desktop (7G927AA) as fitted with a RenoR motherboard (SSID: 8B3B) with p/n: N00594-603 "MOTHERBOARD RENOR INTEL RPL-S H670 WINDOWS", is fitted with two SATA connections and one M.2 NVMe SSD slot:

And yes, you can install your 2TB Samsung EVO SATA 2.5" SSD drive into your new desktop using the blue SATA connection.  I would use an M.2 NVMe SSD as your primary (boot) drive for best PC performance.
