My system specs are on my first post. For the RAM, it is 2 x 16 GB RAM from Crucial - 16GB DDR4-3200 UDIMM 1.2V CL22

Outstanding, looks like you maxed out your RAM.

 

To return to your original question, I would open Device Manager, go to "Display adapters", click on the dropdown menu sign (>), and then right-click on your iGPU and click on "Disable device".  As a matter of fact, here is a useful link: How To Disable Your Integrated Graphics (Turn Off iGPU) (cgdirector.com).

 

Come to think of it, even if this procedure were to free up RAM, you may not see much -if any- performance benefits from disabling your iGPU.  Besides that, the link I just provided explains why you may want to consider leaving it alone.  As long as your discrete graphics card does the heavy lifting (i.e. whilst gaming) when you need it, you should be A-OK to go.
