Which of the following Graphics cards will fit the desktop (please keep in mind that it is a SFF)

If it were me, I would go with the Nvidia GT1030, which only has a 30W power draw.


If I'm not mistaken your PC only has a 180W power supply.

Video cards have gotten pretty expensive.

 

I only paid $89.99 for my GT 1030 around 3 years ago.

the specs shows it has a 250 W  PSU.

Will a GeForce GT 1050 ti (low profile) work?

If it fits, yes the low profile model should work fine if your PC has a 250W P/S.

 

Get the card's physical dimensions of the card you are interested in, and measure the clearances in your PC to make sure nothing will interfere with the card.
