I have 4 GB RAM in my All-in-one PC, model 18-5110. It is probably 6-8 years old and is slow. I want to add RAM. Can I do it myself with this PC, and which RAM would I buy for compatibility? From what I think I have learned there are 2 slots. So I could add one more, either 4 or 8GB?? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP 18-5110 All-in-One Desktop PC with a Foxconn (HP Almond, SSID: 2B07) motherboard can be fitted with up to 2 x 8GB of DDR3 PC3-12800, 1600 MHz, Non-EEC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 204-pin RAM sticks according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-18-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/6879091/model/7096370/docume....
And yes, the RAM is user-accessible/customizable.
Hope this was helpful.

Getting to/upgrading your RAM is a little involved.
First, here is the kind of RAM you need: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-18-5110-all-in-one, or Samsung, etc. equivalent.
This YouTube replace/upgrade RAM video I believe most closely resembles your AIO (couldn't locate an HP instructional video -sorry for the iffy video quality) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geS1wseyVOM&t=19s&ab_channel=STUDYBHAIYA, or else this video is likely pretty close in how to access your RAM: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JF733-sGUE&ab_channel=TechTalk.
