Hi,
This model originally came with an SSD "128 GB TLC Solid State" according to the specification page. Anyway, you can replace this SSD with a larger capacity one, or if not present, insert an SSD.
You can get Windows 10 directly from Microsoft. Downloading the media creation tool , running and creating a bootable USB with the OS on it. It will be automatically activated once installed and connected to internet, as long as you install the same version (home or pro) that was already on the PC.

It might be a good idea to remove the hard drive where Windows is installed on at the moment and then place in the system again once completed the new installation. Make sure it boots from the SSD and then delete tha OS partition and system reserved partition on the old Windows drive.
Let me know if you need further help,
David
