If I replace my graphics card, can I add a second monitor (screen) to my pc?

@Alekos63 , welcome to the forum.

 

According to the Motherboard Specifications there is no PCI Express x16 video slot: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-slimline-260-a100-desktop-pc-series/12079697/model/21793989/...

 

If you look at the section titled "Back I/O ports", there is a VGA port and a HDMI-out port.  You can use one for the main monitor and the other for a second monitor.  Here is a guide to help you with the connections: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-slimline-260-a100-desktop-pc-series/12079697/model/21793989/...
