Your machine is an HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb, its specs:

It has
- Two PCI Express slots (1 x PCIe x16 and 1 x PCIe x1)
- One M.2 socket 1, Key A
- One M.2 socket 3, Key M, (2280/2242)
But only has 180W PSU therefore adding a card will allow you to connect to 2 monitors. Using higher specs cards you have to change the PSU too.

this should be enough!
but be careful as indicated by @banhien , you will not be able to install any graphics card if the power supply is insufficient
a bad video card, may not be suitable depending on the monitors, use of the computer
