Envy 750-624
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I added two 16 gb cards and got  beep codes, 3 long and 2 short. Replaced old 8 gb memory cards with the same results. Could not get the computer to boot.

Here is the Product Specifications page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-750-600-desktop-pc-series/17142191/model/17959579/docum...

If you look at the section titled "Memory/Memory upgrade information" you will see that the maximum memory is 16 GB.  Therefore, the 2x16 GB will not work.  I suggest that you remove the new memory and replace the current memory.  Then, you should clear the CMOS.  I believe this may be what is causing your computer not to boot with the current memory reinstalled.

There are instructions for clearing the CMOS at the bottom of the Motherboard Specifications page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-750-600-desktop-pc-series/17142191/document/c05792694

I reset the Ram and moved the CMOS jumper from default to clear , turned on computer for five minutes. Moved the jumper back to default and turned computer  on but still does not boot. I tried using FN keys  F8 , F10, F12 without any success,
