Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to add a Radeon RX 560 Desktop Graphics Card to my newly purchased HP Desktop M01-F0024 US.  I have inserted the card and it appears to be getting power as a light is lit upon on it, but the computer is not seeing the card.  I have been in to the BIOS, but the settings available there do not appear to be relevant.  (The BIOS is very simple, or at least nothing is obvious regarding disabling the onboard video and enabling the video card.)  I have installed the drivers from Radeon, and they are the most current.

Any help would be appreciated;  I'm beginning to fear this may not be possible.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

You have a new HP PC, then you have a UEFI BIOS. This BIOS is required to run newer graphics cards.

Try disabling Secure boot and enabling Legacy support in the BIOS. (Link) before installing the new graphics card.

Regards
