That should be easy: your HP Lubin (SSID: 82F2) motherboard has one M.2 NVMe SSD slot for a fast primary (boot) drive, and two SATA ports for a second and third SATA (SSD/HDD) drive(s):

Only thing you may need if you don't have it, is a SATA data cable such as this purchase example: 611894-019 HP Elitedesk 14" Sata Cable 611894-019 | eBay, and, if you don't have an additional 15-pin SATA power connector to power a second SSD/HDD, is a SATA splitter cable such as this purchase option: SATA Power 15 pin Y Splitter Cable Adapter Male to Female for HDD Hard Drive | eBay.
