Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I would like to add extra USB 3 ports to my HP Pavilion Slimline 400-434 Desktop.  I see there are places on the back of the unit for expansion cards but, upon opening up the desktop, there are no slots to plug a USB 3 card into.  How does one get around this problem?

@ceoettle, welcome to the forum.

Here is a USB Data Hub that will add 9, USB 3.0 ports to your computer by using the one USB 3.0 port on your computer.  There are smaller Hubs, but I wanted to show you what you can do.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
