Hi:

 

If you have the SFF or MT, you will need to buy a PCIe x1 wifi/bluetooth adapter.

 

Amazon.com.au: PCIe x1 ax wifi/bluetooth adapter

 

There should be an internal 9-pin USB connector that you connect the USB cable from the wifi card to that connector so the Bluetooth works.

 

Another option would be to buy a dual band USB wifi/Bluetooth adapter.
