Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000i (3Y5U6AV)

I want to add one more SSD drive to my OMEN 25L GT15-0700ng (it comes with 500GB SSD + 1 TB HDD Sata). So far I know there is a free M.2 slot for that, right? 

 

Which series or generations are appropiated for this slot? 

 

Is there anything else I should take care about? It is the first time I´m going to do this, so I would appreciate any recommendation.

Yes, you have an additional PCIe Gen 4 M.2 socket available to add a 2280 NVME SSD.

 

You are good to go!

 

Install the new drive on the motherboard. Follow steps at this site https://www.seagate.com/support/kb/how-to-use-disk-management-to-set-up-a-hard-drive-188931en/ 

 

to initialize the new drive.
